Terms and Conditions
These Conditions of Use (the “Terms” or the “Agreement”) set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use the National Bloc Party’s (“NB”) website (www.nationalbloc.org) (the “Site”).
Please read these Terms before using the Site. By using the Site, you hereby represent and warrant that you understand, agree to and accept all the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms whether or not you register and create an account on the Site.
We reserve the right to change or modify any of the Terms contained in the Site or any policy or guideline of the Site, at any time and in our sole discretion. Any changes or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the Site, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes or modifications will confirm your acceptance of such changes or modifications. Therefore, you should frequently review the Site Terms and applicable policies from time-to-time to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Site. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Site.
By using the Site, you agree that you shall never, in any way:
- use the Site, or any information contained therein in any way that is unlawful, abusive, threatening or otherwise offending;
- provide false, outdated or inaccurate information;
- use another user’s NB account;
- use the Site for any commercial solicitation purposes;
- interfere or attempt to interfere in any way with the functioning of the Site;
- bypass any measures NB take to restrict access to the Site or use any software, technology, or device to abuse the Site or harvest data from the Site; and
- intentionally introduce viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other technologically harmful materials into the Site.
Any of these actions are deemed to constitute criminal offenses which shall give NB the right to take the necessary measures and waive the confidentiality as to your identity and information. Hence, NB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately terminate your use of the Site if you violate any terms stated herein. Furthermore, NB reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to block users from certain IP addresses from accessing the Site, as a preventive protection measure or in reaction to a threat.
Copyright and limited license:
Unless otherwise indicated in the Site, the Site and all content and other materials on the Site, including, without limitation, the NB’s logo, and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, information, data, software, tools, widgets, sound files, other files and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, the “Site Materials”) are the proprietary property of the NB or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site and the Site Materials for your informational, non-commercial and personal use only.
Unless explicitly stated herein, nothing in these Site Terms shall be construed as conferring any license to intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication or otherwise. This license is revocable at any time.
Applicable law and venue:
These Terms, and any dispute between you and NB, shall be governed by the laws of Lebanon without regard to principles of conflicts of law. Unless you and NB agree otherwise, you agree that any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise between you and NB must be resolved exclusively by Lebanese courts.
Termination:
Notwithstanding any of these Site Terms, the NB reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Site, and to block or prevent future your access to and use of the Site.
Severability:
If any provision of these Site Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Site Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
